Platinum Support Solutions was founded by Lucy Mwape, a dedicated community advocate with a deep commitment to improving the lives of others.
Lucy is a qualified primary and secondary school teacher and holds a BA (Hons) in Health and Social Care as well as an MA in Social Work. Lucy is also a CMI qualified at level 7 in Strategic Leadership and Management. Alongside her work as a full-time social care consultant, entrepreneur and service leader, she has successfully developed and managed a wide range of private social care services.
Lucy’s career has taken her across Zambia, Botswana, the United States and the United Kingdom, giving her a rich global perspective and a deep understanding of cultural diversity. This international experience strengthens our services, ensuring we support every client with sensitivity, inclusivity and respect.
